Global Nu Skin Convention

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Overview: As part of a biennial recognition ceremony for their global sales convention, Nu Skin approached Britten for ideation and execution of the event’s environment. The requirements were that the décor had to be grandiose, transforming the conference center into the journey of a lifetime.

Why this rocks: In order to create a truly experiential event, Britten designed, engineered, printed, and installed everything from the castle structures to the interactive gondolas. To fully execute the look and feel, we used existing hardware and also developed an all-new display infrastructure—HighRise—that will set the stage for future events to come. Over 15,000 sq. ft. of printed material was used to create pageantry banners, HighRise displays, backdrops, and other specialty products in order to bring the event to life.

Are you ready to innovate? To deliver on promises? To create magic for some of the world’s most recognized companies and organizations? If so, Britten may be the place for you.

We’re always looking to add dedicated professionals to the best banner and event signage team in the industry. Britten offers competitive salaries, outstanding benefits and a true family atmosphere.

1984: The First Banner

While Paul Britten was an architecture student at the University of Detroit, a friend suggested they enter a banner contest to win World Series tickets. They worked tirelessly, entered their hand-painted, custom banner, and won the contest (and the tickets)—as well as an audience with General Motors’ Chairman Roger Smith, who commissioned a 40-by-100-foot banner from Britten that would hang on GM’s world headquarters!
